About Us
The board of directors of TREE includes 16 area professionals – ranging from engineers and teachers to stock broker and newspaper editor – who are committed to promoting renewable energy.
Phil Parks, founder and president of TREE, is a successful and lifelong business entrepreneur. Phil handles sales, service and installation and is a certified geothermal installer, solar water heater installer, and he has certificates in basic and advanced PV design and installation. He is also knowledgeable in a vast array of renewable energy products.
Sam Garrard handles installation, sales and service. He holds a solar professional certification in solar photovoltaic design and installation and is certified in skylight and sun tunnel installation. Sam is an experienced carpenter and construction worker and has several years experience as a custom audio and video specialist for commercial companies.
Melissa Parks handles customer service and sales. Over the course of seven years, she has had two successful businesses.
Jerri Lykins, one of the teachers in the group, moves her homeschool to TREE a couple of days a week. She handles customer service and general office upkeep.
